Melanie Judge has been appointed as Inyathelo’s Programme Manager for the Non-Profit Sustainability Unit. In this post, Melanie carries responsibility for Inyathelo’s Capacity Development Programme (our focused non-profit training initiative); the Atlantic Philanthropies Human Rights Organisations Programme (building financial sustainability in six
human rights-focused organisations); and the Governance and Policy Development Programme (promoting effective governance in the non-profit sector). Melanie’s experience in the development sector adds great value to Inyathelo’s expertise.
