In Memory of James McGregor, a True Philanthropist.

Cape Town philanthropist James McGregor of Kenilworth passed away recently at the age of 69. For his tireless work over many years to uplift the Westlake community in Cape Town, James McGregor is the recipient of the 2013 Inyathelo Award for Lifetime Philanthropy.

CALL FOR COMMENT on the Shortlisted Candidates for Members of the Panel of Arbitration: NPO Directorate

The NPO Directorate has issued a notice listing the nominees for the establishment of a Panel of Arbitration as is required under the Nonprofit Organisations Act No.71 of 1997. We are encouraging civil society organisations examine the shortlist of candidates and provide comment on the composition of the panel.
