A Conference for South African and International Donors

SOUTH AFRICA: OPPORTUNITIES NOW !!!
A tipping point in civil society?

CAPE TOWN | 15-17 NOVEMBER 2010

Do donors fully understand the current South African context?

How do we work together, as South African and international philanthropists, trusts and foundations?

What are the key ideas and issues that require philanthropic support in South Africa today?

How do we work effectively with government without replacing public funds?

A conference for South African and international donors will be held in Cape Town from 15 - 17 November 2010 to explore the challenge and the opportunities of the moment and to find a way forward
for enhanced co-operation and strategic grantmaking.

This conference is convened by The Atlantic Philanthropies in co-operation with The DG Murray Trust, The Harry Crossley Foundation, The Claude Leon Foundation, BoE Private Clients’ Philanthropy Office, The Elma Philanthropies, The Ford Foundation and The CS Mott Foundation.

The Conference is organised by
